Weather
Cool and muggy.
Spotted
A few homeless couples sleeping on the road, hand in hand, on the bare pavement and half off the curb.
Roads
Half bike path and half road.
Some of the conversions and intersections of my route that switched from road to path were confusing and not well signed for the outsider.
Mechanicals
Watch battery died just 6 miles in. More sad than ever because I planned a route specifically to look pretty on relive and only really did the ride so I could track it.
