Heather and I met to camp at Moraine Campground inside Rocky Mountain National Park.  We rode up into the park, down out the other entrance and into Estes park.  We stopped at The Stanley Hotel and discovered a bike path that wondered around the many lakes of Estes that neither of us knew about.  After wandering around town, we looped up HWY 7, and then Mary's Lake road before coming back into the park.  We saw elk and sheep and way more tourists than we expected. Our ride was quite a bit shorter than we had planned, we wanted to ride up Bear Lake road, but it was under construction and would require a mountain bike and dust masks.  Something didn't feel right on my descents, I felt unsafe and unable to go as quickly as I could have.  It could be me not being used to the wind, but I am not sure. I went embarrassingly slow, but it was a perfect day and beautiful, so all is good.
